Kortav further rends his enemies' open wounds leaving them bleeding heavily.

Effect: Deals 20/?/?/? damage for each meter the target moves. A target that moves 10 or more meters is stunned for 1 second.

Active: Kortav slips into the shadows, becoming invisible and leaving a decoy on the ground. If the decoy is not destroyed within 10 seconds, it explodes and slows all nearby enemies by 40% for 5 seconds.
